Have you ever heard the
following or a something similar from one of your employees?
“I am a single divorced
mother of two, working 5 to 6 days per week and some days over time and even on
public Holidays. I just cannot cope on my own anymore as I do not have someone
who can help me with advice on my divorce, maintenance and family matters and I
am unable to afford expensive legal advice. My organisation does not have any
support groups; policies or advice services in place to attend to my needs. I
seem to have no balance in my life; I just can’t handle this pressure anymore. I
wish there was a way in which they could assist, otherwise my family and work
will suffer and I may have to resign or look for a place which can attend to my
needs.”
Employee wellness is
key to any organisation during and after the recession in order to ensure
service delivery and increased productivity. Recruiting and retaining the best
and most productive talent may give your organisation the edge over your
competitors only if you are also able to attend to the needs of your employees
and their wellness.
Does your organisation
have policies in place that ensure a work/life balance and address the needs and
rights of your staff in a meaningful way?
We at Workinfo are able
to provide such services, if you wish us to assist, please take 5 minutes and
complete the attached survey and we will contact to you as soon as possible for
an appointment and to explain our services to you.
