COMMENCEMENT OF THE BASIC CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT ACT, 1997
(ACT No. 75 OF 1997)
In terms of section 96 of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, 1997 (Act No. 75 of 1997) 1 hereby determine that all the provisions of the Act which have not been put into operation come into operation on 1 December 1998.
